Week 17 GLITTER
well gosh ive waited until the last minute...i wanted to make sure i had my Pinkie Pink polish
...anyway the other polish is Mad as a Hatter by OPI (i find it funny' cause the stuff they used to make the hat stiff made them go mad much like nail polish can....)
